  • Computer Room Re-Location: Prepared a Statement of Work and Cost Estimate for a Software Development firm. Project executed by partnering firm, Nextec SMS.

  • Centralized IT Helpdesk Department: Created the Business Case for a centralized IT Helpdesk department. Hired staff and implemented Remedy's Magic Service Desk web-based application.
  • Computer Room Construction: Managed the construction of a Secure Computer Room required to house 35+ servers on 6 racks.

  • Year 2000 Project: Managed the Year 2000 compliance and preparedness initiative, along with all monthly reporting to the provincial Ministry of Health for 90 Long Term Care facilities.
