Past CRM/ERP Implementation Projects

• J.D. Edwards Implementation: Project Managed the Implementation of network Infrastructure for consolidating Finance Systems to J.D. Edwards for a $900mil organization; selecting hardware, OS and database. Negotiated purchase, installation and support for HP 9000 series hardware, HP UX operating system, HP EVA 1.16tb SAN and Oracle database; a $1.25mil project completed on schedule, (within 3 months), and under budget.

• Great Plains Accounting Upgrade: Developed the Project Plan for upgrading a Printing Business's finance application along with the implementation of a new server. Services coordinated between two vendors. Produced and supplied network and floor plan diagrams for existing and post-project implementation.

• HR-Payroll Implementation: Project Managed the implementation of Now Solution’s HR-Payroll System, (Oracle RDBMS), for 17,000 employees. Delivered access to the application for 700 remote users, via Citrix over the Web; and distributed HR-Payroll reports via Crystal Enterprise over the Corporate Intranet.

• Long-Term Care Case Management, Resident Admittance & A/R Billing: Project Lead the evaluation, testing and implementation of Wescom's PointClickCare web-based application, (an outsourced ASP environment), for 90+ LTC homes.

• Enterprise Content Management: Evaluated, selected and managed the implementation of a Web-Based Document Management System and initiated policies and procedures for content management.
