• Custom Web Application Development: Managed the development of a custom, web-based, database solution for a daily reports process traditionally carried out via fax from 90 locations across Canada.
• Web-based Reports Distribution System: Proposed and Project Managed the implementation of a Web-based Reports Distribution System for HR-Payroll management reports. Created the Project Budget, Plan and Schedule. Contracted a Report Writer and implemented over Corporate Intranet using Crystal Reports and Seagate Info Reports Distribution.

• WSIB Claims Reporting Database Application: Project Managed the Design, Development and Implementation of a WSIB Claims Reporting system for 90+ Long Term Care homes. Contracted a programmer and managed the MS Access application development.

• Web-Based Applications: Delivered a web-based online environment for a Corporate Accounts Payable and General Ledger application via Citrix Meta-Frame.

• Enterprise Content Management: Evaluated, selected and managed the implementation of a Web-Based Document Management System and initiated policies and procedures for content management.
